Abstract Entrepreneurship Education offered at the NCE level is aimed at exposing the student to basic skills required to succeed as an Entrepreneur and also to prepare them to be self employed and address the problem of high level of unemployment in the nation. Having exposed the NCE Mathematics students to entrepreneurial education (GSE224), how prepared are the students in becoming job creators? Thus the study tends to assess the level of entrepreneurial skills possessed by NCE III Mathematics students, having been exposed to entrepreneurship education. A sample of 109 NCE III Mathematics Students was used for this study, consisting of 43 males and 66 females. The finding of this study revealed that the NCE III pre-service mathematics teachers possessed communication and business skills needed for a successful entrepreneurial endeavour, but lacked the personality skill needed for the entrepreneurial activities and that there is a significant difference in the level of entrepreneurial skills possessed by the male NCE III Mathematics students and their female counterparts. The study recommended amongst others the establishment of Entrepreneurial centre accessible to students.
