Abstract In this study, we obtained the solution to a biological pest control model (with Attack on the Control-Organism) developed by Ogwumu and Ibrahim (2017) using Differential Transform and 4th Order Runge-Kutta Methods. The two methods were compared and the outcome of the comparison showed that they both followed similar trend and could be recommended and adopted for similar task in research.
