Abstract An entrepreneur is someone who exercises his personal ideas by organizing a business venture to take benefit of an opportunity decides what, how and how much of a good or services will be found and as well manages the associated risk. The paper discusses the matrix solution of some technical problems as applied in the relevant entrepreneurial areas. Finally the paper recommended among other things that Government at all levels and the wealthy class have a compelling role in training our youths to be self dependent. Youths being the backbone of every nation, need to be managed efficiently by providing them with various job opportunities so as to minimize most of the social crimes committed by themfromour communities, (such as Theft, Robbery, Human trafficking, Drug smuggling, Adultery, Fornication etc.).
