Abstract: Recently the sequence spaces ?(p,s) and V_?have been defined. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the matrix classes (?(p,s),V_? ) ,(?_p (s),V_? )_reg and (?_p (s),V_? ) has also been obtained. The space V_? has been generalized to obtain the two new sequence spaces, namely V_?^? and V_?^?. The characterization of the classes (?(p,s),V_?^? ),?(?_p (s),V_?^? ),?_reg and (?_p (s),V_?^? ) has also been done. Our objective in this paper is to characterize the matrix classes (?(p,s),V_?^? ),(?_p (s)?,V?_?^? )_reg and (?_p (s)?,V?_?^? ). The result obtained here will not only generalize the above two characterizations but also give rise to many new results. Keywords:Sequence space, Regular matrices and invariant means.
