Viral marketing is the process of marketing products and services through internet. In this paper, a network of consumers is constructed. The dissemination of information about products and services is simulated via the network. The results show that viral marketing is an effective means for promoting and increasing sales of products and services. Keywords: viral marketing, social networks, internet.
